Myles sourced a new tenant for our vacant industrial unit at 2 Boeing Place, Mount Maunganui.
The unit became vacant on 31 March 2018 and we appointed all the recognised commercial real estate leasing agents active in the market.
Despite Myles having moved here comparatively recently from Christchurch, he appears to have quickly gained good local contacts which resulted in him generating more activity than any other single agent and further resulted in him being the successful leasing agent at our full asking rental. Myles consistently kept us informed throughout the process, was professional and pleasant to deal with, and considering his relatively recent arrival in the district, displayed good local knowledge.
